I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Brynn (rhymes with Lynn), but if you thought it was Brian, don’t worry, you’re not alone. My name has been mispronounced my entire life! At one point my entire school class corrected a substitute teacher!
I’m thankful to have two beautiful children and an extremely supportive husband of ten plus years.
I’m a Christian blogger, nurse, and self-proclaimed nerd. I should’ve followed my dreams to be a writer in high school and college, but my pragmatic side won over so I became a nurse.
Of course, I don’t regret that decision. I made the best decision as a scared and timid young adult could at the time.
Well, I was trucking along …
Somewhat content in my nursing career when I became pregnant with my first child, a little girl.
She changed my life. From the moment I felt the warmth of her beautiful body and became lost in her deep blue eyes, I knew I had to get back to my dream.
If only to show my daughter that she too can follow her dreams and so she will always know she is a strong and beautiful woman.
I believe God had a plan and purpose the whole time (and is still working on me). Along my path, I’ve met some amazing people and continue to learn and strive to be a better version of who I already am.
So What You Can Expect?
Each week I strive to provide encouraging posts and inspiration for your daily walk of life and to remind you of your unfading beauty and strength.
You will find inspiration and posts from the following:
- Devotionals and practical tips from my daily and ordinary life
- Lessons from women of history
- Stories of struggles and passion from real women just like you
- And life lessons from my library (Remember, self-proclaimed nerd!)
I believe God is before all things and in Him all things hold together (Colossians 1:17), so you will see that theme prevalent in my varied posts.
In addition to providing you with weekly-ish posts, (Because life gets crazy sometimes, can I get an Amen!?)
You can expect printables, giveaways, and challenges, like below, to help you become the best version of who God already knows you are.
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. Psalms 139:14
